Luigi Models scouts for three main things: unique physical features, natural photogenic ability, and the discipline to build a serious career. We look for women aged 16 and up, typically between 170 cm and 182 cm in height, with a healthy lifestyle and the flexibility to travel internationally. Previous experience is not required — many of our most successful models started with zero background in fashion.

No — you don't need professional photos. In fact, agencies prefer natural, unedited photos taken in daylight with your phone. We ask for four specific images: a close-up headshot, a side profile, a waist-up shot, and a full-length photo in fitted clothing. Avoid makeup, filters, or studio lighting — we want to see the real you.

Our scouting team reviews every application we receive. If we see potential, we'll invite you for a personal meeting or a video call to discuss your goals. If we decide to work together, we'll develop your portfolio, prepare you for castings, and begin submitting you to clients worldwide — from Milan and Paris to New York and Tokyo.

Reputable agencies do not charge upfront fees for representation. Luigi Models operates on industry-standard commission — we earn when you earn. We never ask for payment to sign you or to be added to our books. Be cautious of any agency that requests money before work begins.
